If you are local to Durham Region, at check out you can choose of of the free Local pick up locations, to avoid paying for shipping. 

Free pick up will be available at Markets Ontario Bowmanville. www.marketsontario.ca

also The Makers Hub Whitby. www.themakershub.shop/pages/pickups

 If these aren't convenient, shipping is available with in Canada. Cost is calculated at check out.

You can use their back entrance off of Church Street, with their personal parking lot,   The driveway to enter is right beside Royal Service Realty, look for their sign beside the sidewalk.or you can now enter through the cafe at the front of the building.
